Parker, a third-generation realtor hailing from Northwest Georgia, is a dedicated professional known for building strong relationships with his clients. Prior to relocating to the mountains full-time, he spent six years in the bustling and thriving residential market of New Orleans where he developed a keen understanding of the industry and a track record of success. Parker's expertise extends to the vibrant real estate market of Cashiers, where he currently operates, serving as a reliable resource for both buyers and sellers across the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau.

As a realtor in the picturesque North Carolina mountains, Parker seamlessly combines his passion for real estate with his love for the great outdoors, fine dining, and active community engagement. He has a deep appreciation for the mountains, having spent considerable time in the Southern Appalachia region during his formative years and even living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for a period of time as an adult. Parker's connection to the area is further strengthened by his wife, Caroline, who has a longstanding history with Camp Merrie-Woode in Sapphire, where she served as both a camper and counselor for 13 summers. Their affinity for the region, coupled with their 15-year family home in Cashiers and their marriage at High Hampton in May 2017, led them to make the decision to establish Cashiers as their permanent residence in 2019. With their recent addition of a daughter named Frances, alongside their 2-year-old son Reeves, Parker and Caroline are enthusiastic about raising their growing family amidst the tranquil beauty of the mountains.

Parker's commitment to community involvement is exemplary, as he actively participates in various local endeavors. He is a devoted member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, serves as the president of his HOA board, and volunteers his time at the Village Green. Beyond his professional pursuits, Parker finds solace and joy in fly fishing along nearby streams or rivers, exploring the diverse mountains through hiking adventures, and immersing himself in a good book. However, his true contentment lies in cherishing the comforts of home with Caroline, Reeves, their two golden retrievers, Jane and Winnie, and their newest addition, daughter Frances.

With a combination of industry expertise, a deep-rooted connection to the community, and an unwavering dedication to client satisfaction, Parker remains an outstanding realtor and an indispensable asset for anyone seeking to navigate the real estate landscape of the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau.
