Parker Anderson

Hailing from Northwest Georgia, Parker is a third-generation realtor who is passionate about creating bonds with his clients. He spent six years focusing on and helping to grow the booming residential market in New Orleans before relocating to Cashiers. Parker is extremely steadfast in assisting and representing both buyers and sellers with any of their real estate needs throughout the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau.

As a realtor in the North Carolina mountains, Parker is able to combine his passion for real estate with his love of the outdoors, fine dining, and community involvement. He is no stranger to the mountains as he was a frequent visitor to Southern Appalachia throughout his childhood and lived in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, for a period of his adult life. Parker and his wife, Caroline, married at High Hampton in May 2017 and decided to leave the Crescent City to make Cashiers their permanent home in 2019.

Outside of the office, you can find Parker hiking the many mountains in our area, reading a book, or spending time enjoying this lovely place called home with his wife, Caroline, and their dog, Jane.
