From negotiating commercial deals to selling historic estates, Parker Anderson built a reputation for excellence in New Orleans, one of the country's most distinctive real estate markets. But it was the mountains of Western North Carolina that ultimately captured his heart—and his future.

A third-generation broker and Rome, Georgia native, Parker's connection to the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau runs deeper than the professional. His wife Caroline spent thirteen summers of her childhood at Camp Merrie-Woode in Sapphire, creating memories that would eventually draw the couple back. After marrying at High Hampton in 2017, Parker and Caroline made it official: in 2019, they moved to Cashiers permanently to raise their children, Reeves and Figgy, alongside golden retrievers, Jane and Winnie.

Now with Silver Creek Real Estate Group, Parker can help others experience the joy he’s found on our Plateau. "I don't just help clients find properties," Parker explains. "I help them discover the lifestyle they're seeking." It's an approach that extends well beyond closing day, with Parker serving as an ongoing resource for everything from the best local restaurants to navigating club memberships and integrating into the community.

That commitment to community isn't just professional—it's personal. Parker has served as HOA president and worked on the board for the Cashiers Historical Society. The Anderson family are active members at Burlingame Country Club, where they enjoy the golf course and family events, particularly the club's legendary Fourth of July celebration.

"This is where we've laid our roots," Parker says of Cashiers. "This is where we've chosen to raise our family." That choice—and the deep community ties it represents—makes him more than a real estate professional. He's a neighbor, a guide, and an advocate for those seeking their own place in these mountains.

For clients looking to make the Plateau their home, Parker Anderson offers the rare combination of big-market expertise and authentic local connection. He understands these mountains because he's chosen to build his life here—and he's dedicated to helping others do the same.
